Ugh!    lately my computer (laptop) has been about  13 different flavors of FAIL.  mostly with my Internets falling off.  sometimes it's just Charter and their crappy service.  Recently however  my router has been completely ignoring my computer.  I don't know what's causing it but my Step-Dad has the same model of laptop that I do and he's been having the exact same problem.
