RULES:

2 calls only.

Calls go to main raiders for main spec first. After that they go to non-main raiders for main spec first.

Once all Calls have been distributed to main raider for main spec,
calls for offspec items and alt items may then be made. When making an
offspec or alt call you must note that it is an offspec call in your
post.

Items that have no calls will be rolled to main spec first then to off spec and alts.

Alts may sign up for raid but must first prove themselves through comparession in Malt parses.

Undergeared alts will only be allowed into the raid at the
discretion of the raid leader for composition and balance purposes and

All characters, be it alt or main, MUST come as main spec unless the offspec is needed to make the run happen.

I want to put together a fun run of acquiring free sunmotes and epic gems for people starting Saturday at Noon.  Mains and mages get first invites.  Basically this is a farming run of the first 6 mobs in Sunwell for the first hour, then the second hour is clearing up to Kalecgos. 

 Healers and Mages get the first invites.

As a note, everything is random roll.  If you win something, please be considerate and pass to others.

 I will allow alts for specific raid rolls.  I will not accept your greened out rogure when you have a warlock in epics, etc.

I'm not sure how many of you know this but I lead a raid to ZA every week.  Since joining the Downfall team my raid has been shuffled around alot so I can be available for DF raids but we now have hit on a day/time that suits most of the raiders that have been coming with me since Dec 07.  The thing is we have lost a couple of regulars over the last few months with all the changes and so I'm looking for a few people to fill in the blanks on a regular basis.  This is a run for raiders who know this instance cold, who are T5/6 geared, and use consumables.  We regularly get 3 chests and have been trying to find the right combination of people to start getting that bear run thing happening.  If you are interested please sign up and give me a tell ingame (when I'm not raiding) and I'll give you more info.  This will be our regular raid time from now.

I'm not sure how many of you know this but I lead a raid to ZA every week.  Since joining the Downfall team my raid has been shuffled around alot so I can be available for DF raids but we now have hit on days/times that suits most of the raiders that have been coming with me since Dec 07.  We learned the instance together and geared up in there together.

The thing is we have lost a couple of regulars over the last few months with all the changes and so I'm looking for a few people to fill in the blanks on a regular basis.  This is a run for raiders who know this instance cold, who are T5/6 geared, and use consumables.  We regularly get 3 chests and have been trying to find the right combination of people to start getting that bear run thing happening regularly.

If you are interested please sign up and give me a tell ingame (when I'm not raiding) and I'll give you more info.  This will be our regular raid time from now. I can't garantee spots but I'm definately interested in people willing to come for fill in.  The regular people can't make every time we go but will get the first bears and then we will make sure to get as many people bears as we can before this option closes up.

The way this works: the raid might be doing either Karazhan or Zul'Aman, based on the wants, needs, and whims of the raiders and the raid organizer (usually myself or Nuitarin). The following raid on Sunday will likely go to the opposite raid instance.

That means for example, if Lava Crab does Zul'Aman on Thursday, there's a good chance that we will be doing Karazhan on Sunday.

Please note that signing up DOES NOT GUARANTEE a raid invite. In particular, if the raid is doing Zul'Aman, raid balance and class balance must be established for the raid to "work" well. However, signing up DOES indicate your desire to attend and thus you will have a better shot at getting in in the first place.

Avast yee Scally Wags! It be "International Talk like a Pirate Day". On this very day and it'd be this day only, all yee land lubbers be get'n to be like me. Be set'n out to sea, get'n some booty and grab'n some gov'ners daughters! But for all yee sea sick deck swabbers, stay'n at home on yer computers, talk to yer commoners and ask for some pirate swag. For today ever'one get to be dress'n like a pirate!

For those who can't figure this out, for one day only in celebration of International Pirate talk like a Pirate (also a Pastafarian holiday), talk to a commoner or a black water NPC in Booty Bay and get a Pirate Outfit. Be careful, for today the hatred between the Blackwater and Bloodsail is even higher.

We've gotten all our regulars their mounts!  Now it's time to get a few more mounts before the patch takes them out.  As of right now it looks like this...

For all of you with beta...I'm on a mission to get some time on my premade resto shaman. Something I've found in beta that you will NEVER find in live...channels are FILLED with healers LFG. In live you gotta blow someone to get a healer...wtf.

Anywho...I'd like to run some 5 mans after Atar's ZA on Friday night, and possibly some on Sat.

Ruesch has a premade 80 tank, and I'm healing, and Grasen will probably bring his dwarf hunter (lolol). So the rest of you beta folks with premade 80 DPS toons...let's run some shit!!!

Without my noticing, this is kind of becoming a weekly thing, eh? Let's see if it lasts. If it does, we'll have a new casual Saturday afternoon raid: "!!1" (Kara! might be an amusing raid name, but it would get confusing if we progressed to other content).

!!1 has only a few basic rules, and they may evolve as the raid becomes more regular.

• Don't be a dick
• Loot goes to main spec first, offspec second
• I don't care if you're a main or an alt, a regular or a guest to the raid. If you come, you'll get to roll

Oh yea...mAlt taking a step up! With our journey into new worlds, there may be a few bosses we just can't do.

Hydross won't happen with a mAlt run unless we have some tanks willing to work on resist sets. If there is another tank out there willing to do so, I'll work on one for Aidin.

An FR tank is needed. Historically it's been a warlock with the proper spec/gear to tackle Leo. If we have some old schoolers who want to come for fun...like Pudo and his love for fathom...then it may not be a big deal, but let's try to get some regular mAlters on this.

RULES:

• 1. Open rolls on all gear regardless of spec or main vs. alt.
• 2. Raid will NOT exceed 3 hrs.
• 3. No more then 4-5 wipes per boss, if another boss is an option, we move to it, if not...we're done for the night, no one likes repair bills.
• 4. Your gear MUST be on par with the content. NO BLUES AT ALL. You should be rockin some Gruul/Mag gear somewhere in your set
• 5. YOU MUST MUST MUST BE RAID SPEC'ED. A big fat NO on PvP specs.
• 6. We will NOT have our sights set on Vashj or Kael. Grasen's Smash and Grab has moved to Sunday and will be taking out these bosses with a solid crew. You want to go with them? Prove it here.
• 7. The absolutely MOST important rule for a mAlt run....HAVE FRIGGIN FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when kara!!1 left off on saturday, we still had prince and NS to down. this QUICK run is to mop up those last 2 guys. if you came on saturday you get priority (auto invite) for this run - same toon or post here if u want to bring an alt (no guarantees but i'll make every attempt to accomodate). if you did not but you want a shot at these bosses, sign up and post a comment with which toon(s) you want to bring. because these are two of the toughest fights in kara and nobody likes being up late on a weeknight, I will be inviting alts that give us the best composition for these fights. invites are going out promptly at 9, ideally we're done by 1030 at the latest.
