Thats right, Ewiges is holding likely the first and only Bejeweled competition ever. This competition is for guildies only and the rules are as follow.

Two grand prizes of 250g will be given out to the winner of both the Top guild classic score and the Top guild Point per Second score. You can view these scores by opening your Bejeweled add-on and clicking on menu, feats of skill, then Guild. Currently at the start of this tournament, Rhyanna is holding the top classic score with 52,780 and I am holding the top Points per Second score with 371.52

This contest runs from now to midnight on Sunday Oct 5th.

Once again, the top winner of each scoreboard for the guild at midnight Oct 5th will receive 250g from my pocket. You can win up to 500g if you are the leader of each division. Remember, I will be out there trying to trump you guys in which case I keep my gold.

Please, please please, have your consumables ready, be fully repaired, and take care of your afk's as much as possible before invites go out. To be successful on Illidan, we will need to get to the point where we can clear the first 8 bosses in BT by the end of the night on Wednesday. This means starting as quickly as possible after invites, and keeping focused.

Invites will be based on raid composition needs. Generally that will include 3 tanks, 8 healers, and 14 dps. We have a few extra LF1M raiders in these rolls, please be patient if you don't get in every night.

The way this works: the raid might be doing either Karazhan or Zul'Aman, based on the wants, needs, and whims of the raiders and the raid organizer (usually myself or Nuitarin). The following raid on Sunday will likely go to the opposite raid instance.

That means for example, if Lava Crab does Zul'Aman on Thursday, there's a good chance that we will be doing Karazhan on Sunday.

Please note that signing up DOES NOT GUARANTEE a raid invite. In particular, if the raid is doing Zul'Aman, raid balance and class balance must be established for the raid to "work" well. However, signing up DOES indicate your desire to attend and thus you will have a better shot at getting in in the first place.

!!1 is a casual weekend raid aimed towards pulling gear, not just badges, out of WOW's 10 man raids. Our mission statement is to raid at times that are least likely to disrupt a raider's real life, and to participate all you have to do is sign up and show up - no long term commitments required.

In fact, we have only a few basic rules (well, more like guidelines, really).

Don't be a dick (nobody named Mercenaria allowed)
Loot goes to main spec first, offspec second
I don't care if you're a main or an alt, a regular or a guest to the raid. If you come, you'll get to roll
When you sign up, specify which toon(s) you want to bring
The raid starts promptly at 11. Invites go out at 10:30. If you sign up, BE ONLINE AT 10:30 (or post here if that's not possible, but you damn well better be on when you say you will)!

Also, check the events calendar for a surprise on Sunday 10/12 :)

Guess what... !!1 is going to make its first stab at ZA this weekend! Given our success in Kara over the last few weeks, I think we're ready to progress and try some new content. Keep in mind that ZA is much harder, and requires a more specific group makeup from top to bottom, so a signup doesn't guarantee an invite. Also, as this will be my first attempt at leading a ZA, it will be a training run for me (and likely for some/most of the raid as well) -- learning strats, getting familiar with the instance, etc. If any of our experienced ZA raiders (or guild apps who know it well - hint, hint, this would be a great opportunity to show us what you know!) want to sign up and help run us through this first try, that would be stellar. Let's start curbstomping some forest trolls!
