 Calls go to main raiders for main spec first. After that they go to<br />
 non-main raiders for main spec first. </p>
 <p>Once all items have been distributed to main raider for main spec\,<br />
 calls for offspec items and alt items may then be made. When making an<br />
 offspec or alt call you must note that it is an offspec call in your<br />
 post.</p>
 <p>Some alts are considered Important to our 25 man raids and their calls will take priority over other offspec/alt calls. Those alts are\:  Luchs\, Panda(drood only)\, Irnub<br />
 Pudo and Rupta are considered raiding mains.  </p>
 <p>Items that have no calls will be rolled to main spec first then to off spec and alts again the above statement applies to alt/offspec rolls.</p>
 <p>Alts may sign up for raid but must first prove themselves through comparession in Malt parses.</p>
 <p>Undergeared<br />
 alts will only be allowed into the raid at the discretion of the raid<br />
 leader for composition and balance purposes and where no main is<br />
 available to fill the spot.</p>
 <p>All characters\, be it alt or main\, MUST come as main spec unless the offspec is needed to make the run happen.</p>
 <p>Once invites start\, calls are closed. PERIOD. Put your calls in even if<br />
 you are unsure if you will make it in case the run spills over into<br />
 sunday. Calls do not reopen for a sunday cleanup.</p>

The spirit of mALT is to get gear not just for our alts\, but get off spec gear that you may not be able to acquire in your normal raid.</LI></p>

 about who gets invites and who does not get invites. I've seen an<br />
 increasing number of people unhappy cause they didn't get in\, or cause they come every week and one week they don't get a spot. I do this for FUN...I do this for YOU.</LI></p>

Kills should be quick and easy\, and quick and easy just doesn't come with ppl who can't pull their own weight. </LI><UL></p>

DESCRIPTION:<p>It was so much fun meeting everyone in Portland this last weekend\, plans for the 2nd guild get together are already in the works! This one will be centered around the Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) in Seattle\, the weekend of August 29-31. If you've never been to PAX\, nay even heard of it\, it has become North America's largest open-to-the-public video game trade show since E3 scaled back last year. One colossal convention of all things game. </p>
