Ok I know I've asked before and you stated it was related to time, but why is your inscription only 109 and no secondary profession?  http://www.wow-professions.com/ is a great place that helps you level fast, I've used it tons with blacksmithing and engineering.  I'm sure you can find it useful as well.  Take advantage of what professions give you!  If you still need help with Grid just let me know when you will be around, I'll check back this afternoon.

good healer raided a few times with him...but gets very tempermental when things go wrong..was just in a raid with him..raid was having problems with sindrgosa..we wiped a couple times..and then he up and left without saying anything..to me..all this shows is that they cant commit when the going gets tough..sorry to say..but no vote from me

Hello sir or madam, and welcome to the Downfall recruitment process. If you fancy a quick invite, have thin skin, or like purps over people then don't waste your time reading what follows, just press on now.  If you are a skilled player, or even a player in need of a little molding, and you have time to dedicate to dead bosses, and to a community of people that do more together then play a video game, then here's a few things for you.

Recruitment Process

Step 1 Application : Well you've already completed this step by taking the time to complete our lengthy application.  Some think it's silly, we have documented proof that it easily weeds out the douchebags before wasting too much of our time.

Step 2 Who are you? : Type /join dfrecruit in game.  This will put you in our global chat channel for recruits.  You'll find lots of Downfall members in that channel often shouting for people for random heroics.  This will get your name out there, let people get to know you.  The more people you get to know, the more people will begin to comment on your application, and thus keep it "alive"

Until you start to get comments from those who excel in your class, or those who have nice/not so nice things to say about you as they get to know you, it's up to YOU to keep your application active, it's not just a matter of posting and never coming back, we are a website oriented guild, get used to using it.

Step 3 Raid Tryouts :  Raid : mAlt opens up 3 slots each Sunday for raid performance tests.  We parse these events and can see you in action before we bring you into a 25 man progession raid.  For more info on mAlt and raid times/sign ups: http://www.downfallguild.org/raidgroup/malt

Step 4 Be There : Be online during 25 man progression raid times, its even better if you're on from start to finish, since people will DC mid raid.  If you're apping to raid, it's a long and grueling process.  We DO need consistant skilled players for both 25 man raids, and you're not the only person trying to get that spot.  What we like to see is our apps posting on the raid events that they are available to fill in on a given night.  Then if you've posted that you're going to be on that night, make sure to shout our a reminder in dfrecruit just as raid is about to start just to let us know you're on. It may be weeks, it may be months before you see action, but you may end up with a spot the first time you join the recruit channel.

Well that's what you can expect for the next few weeks/months.  We've had applicants that have waited over 3 months for an invite, we've invited people within a few days, every situation is different. So get you're name out there, get some comments, and good luck to you!
