First of all, fix your god damn spelling. I’m not a grammar Nazi, but did you read what was written on the top of your guild application when you filled it out? “We mean it when we say "spelling counts." Put in the effort to do a good job and we'll put in the effort to give you meaningful feedback and a possible invite. A great way to get your app immediately canned is to use "ur", "wut", "u" or any other internet shorthand. We hold all our people to a higher standard, please be courteous and show us you can grasp the English language.”
 
Second, your enchants. Again, read what was written at the top of your guild application. “DO NOT APPLY if you are not fully enchanted, head to toe. Yes, even on that piece that you will "replace soon". No excuses, do not even apply unless you are fully enchanted.”
You don’t even have Therazane rep to honored. I just leveled a horde deathknight in 3 weeks, and it had Therazane to revered rep and Earthen Ring rep (for the tanking helm enchant) to almost revered by the time it hit 85. Yes I can see that your shaman has exalted Therazane rep, but neither your shaman nor dk have revered rep with Earthen Ring (tanking helm enchant) or Wild Hammer (str DPS helm enchant). And the rest of your enchants? You barely have any. Same thing goes for your DK, but atleast you have inscription leveled.
 
Third, your overall gear. Yes, I can see you hit 85 on the 19th of Janurary, and you obviously have the gold, the ore, and/or a very good friend to help you craft your 377 gear. But getting your gear at 11pm doesn’t help your chances here. You shouldn’t have applied wearing all that pvp crafted gear, as it made the appearance of you just ½ assing things. Speaking of ½ assing things, your reforging is all over the place. You are only required to get 841 hit rating. You should NOT have reforged hit off to gain mastery as you would have BEEN hit capped in the first place. And while we’re still on the subject of gear, go look at your DK. Why the hell are you STILL using a nightmare tear? A 10-stats gem is worth MUCH MUCH less than 40 mastery, 40 stam, or any other gem.
 
Fourth, we asked you for a picture of your UI. You get a B for effort for using your shaman’s UI, but we were specifically asking for a UI for the toon that you’re applying on. You told Daisy, who in turn told me, that you were having problems uploading your correct UI. She should have told you what I told her: Upload your correct UI using the insert image button and post it as a response.
 
Fifth, your dps performance in raid is terrible on your DK and your paladin. I specifically asked Kinetics to take screenshots of your damage. Here are the results:

The first 2 were from Warlord Zon’ozz, while the second 2 were from Hagara. See where you were on the meters? You were below the tank. I asked Kinetics the day before about when you were on your paladin. You had a similar performance: below the tank. That’s not acceptable. That kind of performance would get you vote kicked out of heroics. You say you’re 8/8 in Dragon Soul?

 
Sixth, a common complain in guild chat about you was the following: YOU WON’T SHUT UP IN VENT. I don’t know about you, but I personally don’t like to hear the same thing that something was badass over and over and OVER and OVER again. If you were in my raid group, I would have asked someone to have you muted.
 
After all of that, usually I would give an app about a week or 2 to be left in the pile of apps that aren’t responded, then they get closed a month or 2 from now just due to inactivty. I’m just going to agree with Grasen, say no to your app, and close it. Don’t even bother uploading your updated UI either.
