This has been a GREAT week for LF1M. Solid movement through the earlier BT bosses Tuesday and Wednesday allowed us a full night for Illidari Council. Thurday night we got Council down, allowing us our first pulls of Illidan as a raid.

For most LF1M raiders, this was a first look at the "Chasing Fatty" scene with Akama.

Story Time with Illy

To end the night we took a couple of quick shots on Illidan. We got to see what happens when Parasites get out of control as well as how nasty Phase 2 can be.

After a rocky road of trial and error.    Bringing in 2 ferals, a boomkin, and an extra shaman, Hamfist takes this gear check of a boss, Brutallus down with 7 seconds to spare!

GUILD MEET-UP!

Where:

When:

Saturday, July 12 @ 6pm - 11:30pm or until Garreth takes his clothes off and dances on the bar.

What:

Hanging out and getting to finally say "OHAI!" IRL. This is a pretty cool pizza joint and bar with live music and a very "Portland" atmosphere. Bring your ID and let's finally meet the people we've spent four hours a day with the last three years.

LF1M made some great progress this week, with special thanks to Turth, Saedo, Luminaire, and Starstalker/Disrupter for stepping in Thursday when we were short.

Reliquary of Souls and Mother Sharaz both died Thursday night. (Even if there were only 4 people including 3 ankhed shammies still alive when Essence of Anger died.)

Grats to everyone on a job well done this week. Get ready for Archimonde next week! We've had a nice, successful break from him, let's kill him quickly so we can start working on Council. COUNCIL IS FUN. Remember that. Read the strat to start getting ready. It's been called "The Superbowl of not standing in stuff." It's a great combination of alot of the skills we've been picking up on other fights.
