Help-cursor falls through frames

I am hoping someone can shed some light on an issue I have had for a good while without me gutting my entire interface. Whenever my curent target changes, my cursor falls through my ui. For example, I have no target selected and I am healing with grid. Something hits me and becomes targeted by me (great for throwing out a HoJ). My cursor drops through grid. I have to move it away from grid (or anything else I happen to be moused over) in order to bring the cursor back to the front. Any ideas?
I'd list all my mods, but to many. Standard downfall raid pack plus a bunch of other ACE2 addons

no luck, and strangely this
