Here is an interesting article from on of Yahoo's video game reporters/writers. Though I don't have a girlfriend at the moment, most girls I do date do not play video games. For those of you who have spouses or girlfriends who do not play *cough* turth, you may want to share this. Either way I found this article funny and think it was a nice read.

I love ALL of those things (OK, maybe minus candles) and like WoW and am not a girl. So there.

(Karli - Stacey & Clint are amazing. I love how they dress up full figured women and are always like, "LOOK at that chest! Take a button down and show it off!" Then Stacey let's out a huge "SHUT UP!" and I squeal with glee.)

Shoes, I don't go particularly shopping for shoes, but I do have about two-dozen pairs.

Furniture, some people just don't like sitting on boxes.

Candles, they make things that men stink up, smell nice.

Decorating, eh, can't be fucked doing this one so ionno.

I love how non-gaming women assume that a gaming guy in the relationship is an aberration that needs to be "fixed". When, in fact, women have just as many odd, annoying, addictive and crippling behaviors of their own that men just take as a given.

In other words:

Guy gaming = make him stop immediately because it's bad
