Sorry about last night guys.  I didn't get my net back until this morning.  I thank Dufe, Aidin, Grasen, and Gares for taking the ropes for me.

We'll go back to Hyjal tonight.  Let's kill Kaz and Az then take some Arch shots.  It's going to be a fun night!

I'll give some feedback on parses.

Rage

• Go Judge.  Thank you for stepping it up these last few months, this proves the worth of a dps warrior in raid.
• The rogue spread is tight, very good.
• The hunter spread is good too, way to pump out some damage as survival there Derch.
• There's a pretty huge gap in the mages, but I think that's gear.  Ready to go arcane yet Lepp?
• Bull, you've got quite a lot to do to pick up your damage, make it happen.  But good showing nonetheless.
• The warlocks....  are not... well, how do I say this.  The locks need work.  I see one Affliction, one fire and one destro.  Cory, you need to be Destro.  There's just no other way about it. Your personal dps is so low on bosses that any benefit you bring to the raid as affliction is negated.  You only did 1/3 more damage than the main tank.  Now, OVERALL on the aoe you KICKED ASS.  But, when it comes time to blow up a boss, that's where it's make-or-break time.  Your gear is stupendous, you can pull off Destro.  Now, Youshouldrun, fire sort of worked in SSC.  Not Hyjal-BT.  Follow Watches, get your trinket-pop macros ready and let's sling some shadowbolts from here on out.  If our PURE dps classes are not in the top on boss fights, there's not much reason to bring them.

Anetheron

• Go Team Melee.  It does concern me that a ret pally is always so consistently high on these meters... aren't you guys always supposed to die early or something?
• Mav. Quite.
• Way to blow shit up as a shadow priest, Morcia.
• It's good seeing a tighter spread on the warlocks for this fight.  Means they're all performing relatively close to one another.

- Heh imo, not very good.   There is a significant gear gap between the 2.   So, there should be a signficant dps gap as well.   Looks like one won out on DPS but lost out on presence to lose in damage.

- Hmm, the gap here exists more, but theoretically could be bigger.  THe one glaring thing I see is Pulga's SnD fell off 11 times. 

My damage on Anetheron blew actually Garreth. Forgot to change up pallies for JoW on that fight and well. I had blown through most of my mana pool by the time I realized it. I so should have been over 1300.

BTW Paladin's, that is why im always screaming for wisdom. I am unfortunately counting on it to be on a boss nearly the entire fight. Especially in hyjal where I am blowing exorcism at every CD as well.

Got your auto trinket pop macros?  

I have a rule for dpsers: We won't yell at you for pulling aggro (unless you're Karli and it's Illidan Phase 5).  If you're giving your tank the allotted amount of time to generate threat, then open up and go fucking-buck-ass-wild-monkey-nuts on dps.  Starting pulling consistently then we'll ask for people to ease off.  However, if that's not the case, absolutely nuke the shit out of the target, never let off.

The threat gen from Grovinski on a demon boss (all Hyjal bosses) will be absolutely MASSIVE, so I would hope that threat cap is not an issue from here on out!
