Tell us a little about how your class contributes to a raid.:

I provide Healthstones for all and a SS for 1 every 30 mins =P. On the real side, i do quite a bit of dmg. i usually average around 800-900dps, however, i know how to be a role player. For instance, in Mags, i will sacrifice any dps i have inorder for the raid to be successful by not doing dmg and instead using CoT and banish/fear until it is time for Mags.

What role are you most comfortable/geared playing?:

Would it be a problem if you had to wait 3 weeks or 3 months to get into raid?:

Not at all. I wouldnt expect to make it into a raid. I know that it's an earned position, and im willing to work in order to make it =D.

List the instances you have experience in, and the farthest you have been in that instance.:

I saw everything pre-bc up to Rasuvius the Instructor in Naxx. Lots of experience in all aspects of raids prior to him. In TBC, Ive seen up to Tidewalker in SSC, Kael'thas in TK, all bosses in KZ, ZA, Gruuls, Mags, and i've seen Rage Winterchill in Hyjal. Ive always done whatever was needed to make the raid successful. So if that means, i kite something (not likely lol) until the boss is dead, then so be it. I'll do whatever it takes.

What is your favorite 25-man BC Boss encounter, and why?:

I like Hydross in SSC due to the amount of coordination the whole raid is required to do. Not to mention the amount of effort that people are required to take in order to even attempt the boss.

What is your least favorite 25-man BC Boss encounter, and why?:

The 3rd boss in H MGT. omg.. given the opportunity, i would cut her in half. so many wipes on her... lol.

Id like to think im a good player. but more than that, im a good person. i like to have fun while doing things with other people. I enjoy helping others in whatever way they need help. unfortunately, i do not have a dmg meter scn shot. but you can ask aidin, and a few more, how i did during gruuls/mags this past weekend =D. You can also ask Ananaras how ive done in the past.

Why have you chosen to apply to Downfall?:

I know Thalun from playing with him. We met while running a pug KZ, and i talked with him quite a bit. He seemed like a cool person, so i kept in touch with him. Eventually, i decided that he was cool enough that i would try and apply for his guild =P.

What do you expect to get out of Downfall membership?:

Friendship =)

How do you feel you will contribute to the downfall community?:

I offer a lot to people. I will do all sorts of things, even if it's out of my way. I also am a 375 Alchemist/Tailor. So if that brings anything to the plate that people can use, im more than willing.

The above question is a trick question! ;), no, im not going to burn out. and yes, i can stay up past 10 pm ST without whining or burning out. Other than that, this is my second application. I applied previously under the old application format. But i am extremely interested in joining, so id fill out as many apps as i had to in order to prove it ;). I use the basic Blizzard UI, nothing special.

Im originally from San Diego, but i joined the Navy in jan of 2004. since then ive moved about 20 times (oh it's annoying), going to boot camp in Chicago, then to school in Charleston, SC, then to more school in Saratoga Springs, NY, then out here to WA (Silverdale, west side of the sound... w00t! go NW!). Im a really laid back person, who just likes to have fun. I treat wow as a game, and nothing more. And, i always put my family first, video games 2nd.

Nell has been quite active on the forums, and has seen some mALT raids, and he's serving our country so that you may all be free to play WoW and not shovel poo. lol I think Nell has the Downfall mentality, and would be a great addition to downfall. He understands that a raid spot is just not there to give him in the big end game stuff...but if he's willing to sit it out and hope that someday he'll get his chance to shine, he'd be a loyal guildie and have some fun with us in mALT runs, maybe some smash and grabs while he's on shore.

One thing you should note is that as the content increases the tanks can actually hold aggro. I dont think i CAN pull aggro from our tanks in 25 mans so having threat reduction is pretty useless. Also, you get 15% more damage total and 20% more spell damage added to shadowbolts when you spec destro..which is much more than 5% and 120 spell damage.

Ive never actually tried the destro build before. so i really cant compare it. Ive considered moving over to it in order to see if i like it more. i hear a lot of good things about it.

The things i like about 0/40/21 is it provides a lot to and spanking build. It gives you about 110+ sp dmg when you spec into demonic knowledge. then having spent 5 points into master demonologist, when i have my imp out (which i normally do) i draw 20% less aggro. Also, spec-ing 5 points into demonic tactics gives you 5% increased spell crit chance. Not to mention you get soul link, so you do 5% more damage and take 20% less damage. The down side to all of this would be if your pet dies, then you lose quite a bit overall. All in all, it's a fairly decent build. A lot of people knock it and say that there are far better builds. Not that i agree with them completely, i just wish that more people understood the benefits to the build. I can put out over 900+ dps in this spec. There's some fine tuning i can do to turn that up some, but it's fairly decent. I still, however, want to try out the destro build. It sounds interesting to say the least.

oh, what i also meant to add was that i have the full badge FR gear set. Ive been looking for someone to create the Ony cloak (since i never got it on this toon) and pick up a couple of small items here and there for the FR. I figured with my fel puppy out and the current gear that i have, put a pally with FR aura in my group, i can get nearly 400 FR easy. anyway, just to add that.

365 FR is the buffed cap.

The Ony cloak isn't the best FR cloak in BC. [item]Wyrmcultist's Cloak[/item] is. Well easily obtainable that is. There are those "of Fire Protection" cloaks if you happen to see em around.

Keep your good stam/dps cloak. All resistances cap out at 365 with a pally aura (+70 fire/frost resist). So you should really only shoot for 295 unbuffed.

sigh, such lack of faith. Yes, ive installed addons. But as far as a UI is concerned, i use blizzards. other than that, omen and mapcoords are the other things i use.

Im trying to tell you that the folder doesnt exist named "Screenshots". I know where to find it if it did exist under the WoW folder, but it isnt there. and yes, i run Vista.

i have the folders: Cache, data, Errors, Interface, logs, Teamspeak2_RC2, and WTF located in my World of Warcraft folder. none of which happen to have any screen shots in them.
