Well if you had read the strat and watch videos like everyone else did, you'd know that you can output a lot more dps that was needed instead of holding back.  You were also there wednesday night doing RoS attempts and we got well into phase 2 without the warrior tank, so you did know what was going on and if you didn't you had the day to read.

If you have a bad day from work than just sit out for a night and don't attend, take a break.

Pulga all I'm going to say is that a raid invite is a privilege not a right. If you had a hard day at work then maybe you shouldve taken a night off from raiding and cool down. Theres always somebody in guild whos willing to take any one of our raid spots. If Garreth sensed that I was slacking he'd drop me quicker than a bad habit.

And all those arch no dps attempts are for what then?  Learning how to survive.  Learning how to move properly.  That's what i was doing.  My priority on a fight that is different from everything else I've previously done is to stay alive and know exactly what to do, then to be dead and learn nothing.  I'm very bad at multitasking new things.  Once I know how something is, I'm fine at it.  Next time I see RoS/mother, I'll be doing much more damage.

Going into a new fight with the intention of not giving your all is a big no no. Thats like saying everyone is working their asses off while you sit back and watch? i'm not trying to be an a-hole but everyone has to bring their A game when learning a new encounter. Council and Illidan will be a bitch if you dont max out your potential.

I took it really light on dps the whole night.  I was trying to learn the fights, so anything about me doing less damage should be taken with a grain of salt.  In other words, the criticism was invalid since i wasn't trying to do max damage.  I've always done this on the first night or two of a boss that is different.  RoS is a very different fight than what I've been used to, so I just wanted to see what happened.  So in this case, parses don't show you what the story is.

I think Ruesch wanted me to tell him how he sucked!  ;p   

Might as well do the others, but gonna ignore Grayina for the most part since he didn't read yesterday's post til after raid.  Wish I had Battle Shout in my group though!   ;p

Looks like I did 2 ruptures, Ruesch did 1 and 2 Evis, and Pulga did nothing.

Ruesch!  Why Evis?   The buff effects ruptures too.  Got myself an average of 580 ticks for a 4640 avg rupture!   Versus your 2482 avg evis.   Hell even by your own ticks, 500 a tick, that's a 4000 dmg rupture.

As I said, I will be gone tonight as well.  I did some talking with turth and his advice for calls on interupts. 

Precall interups.  When RoS is casting the call should be for the next person to interupt.  If your name is called be ready for the next cast, not the current cast going on.  If you guys have a warrior to reflect deaden it should be easy to call the other spell since its on a 5 second timer.  He also sugjested who ever is calling be first on the interupt rotation.  With that here is a sample rotation for tonight:

Ruesch,Pulga,Judge, Rhoora.  Assuming Ruesch is doing the calling.

When I'm back we'll go with: Me, Pulga, Judge, Ruesch.

After reading Karli and Ky's post about multi-tasking during raid times we've realized we are doing the same thing to LF1M. Grasen and I didn't have the focus you needed us to have last night. I was running around trying to cook, and find shit in boxes, and was horribly late, and he has a miserably hard day in the TX sun. He's got another day like that today.

I'd like to get some things done around the house tonight and tomorrow morning so I can have a sit back and relax weekend...however...if the strong showing of healers we have had lately don't show, I will not leave you guys high and dry, I'll tough it out. Grasen however, will still be out.

The strat is easy.   Just need SR for everyone but the tanks.   Make like 3 groups in various spots around her.   And run away from each other during Fatal Attraction.
