SPRING CLEANING ADDONS 101

Hello Df, needless to say i am somewhat back..Life still is cutting my throat but I can no longer swell on it, and I feel its time to just let it all go. This seems to be a common theme with spring time, (start fresh/anew) and with that I feel its time to burn down Barqz UI and start a new. I noticed many of you guys use skinner, or something like it, and that with it you can skin borders around many of your action bars and raid info boxes. When i apply skinner I can choose multiple back drops but i cannot seem to get them to move and look as organized how yours all look, I was hoping i could get a skinner 101 crash course to make my UI "beuffy". Also Garreth you have a mod on your mage that looks like an addition to questhelper tht positions a mini 3d arrow in game of your objective plus a movable tracker to see how far along are you questwise, i was wondering what are they and where can i get them. Other things, and this is for my Hunter Buddies. My hunter has bloodlust broosh and i was wondering is there a macro that i can use that automatically sets it off under certain conditions, and also is there a similar macro i can set up to auto cast kill command when it prompts.
Lastly, i know there is a post your UI thread going but if anyone who thinks they have a really clean (not cluttered) Ui they want to post to give me some ideas on what i can do to clean mine up I would glady take all i can get.
PS: there should be offline wow just so we can log in and mess with our UI, that is all

Edit: http://downfallguild.org/node/1167 I have moved some minor things around but that is the general idea of what my UI looks like when I am on my paladin. You can also dump the spot inbetween the chat box and the action bars for pvp as it is only Grid :D.

Great addon. I personally don't use skinner, I use eepanels btw. Although you don't get as many nifty looks, it allows just black boxes (or w/e color boxes) behind everything.
