This will basically be 2 lists. First sorted by slots. Then sorted by "instances". Upgrades only if set bonus is active will be noted. And my criteria... Well anything above a 10 dps upgrade is almost definitely what I'll gun for. Anything above 5 dps is just probably gun for. Anything below 5 dps is kinda meh sidegradish and may or may not gun for it depending how low it is and if it's best in slot or not.
Note: Set for Brutallus type boss with all available buffs in patch 3.0
