garreth — Mon, 06/23/2008 - 12:50Council and Illidan we're almost word-for-word on the strats. We'll go over our customizations before the pull.
On council, I heal the mage tank (Karli usually, probably Rupter tonight), Closer heals the priest tank (Mnor usually, probably Pudo tonight), and a shammy heals the rogue tank (Nuit usually, probably Mnor tonight). We throw three huge healers on the paladin tank (usually Orky/Pk): Katibug, Priest with 3/3 Inspiration (probably Sorreah) and an Ancestral Healing shammy (usually Nhia). Raid healing is usually handled by Jorence and a CoH priest (probably Sandar). On council it is REQUIRED to have GridStatusRaidDebuff installed and configured so that you can see Lady Malande's Divine Wrath (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=22951#abilities) and Veras Darkshadow's Poison/Envenom. Healing the people that wind up with those debuffs is all there is to this fight. And moving out of the fire.
Our Illidan strat is right off of bosskilers, but we went a step further and gave some rough named placements here: http://downfallguild.org/node/1490

As for gear, I would be more than willing to step out on some bosses so he can get some gear. As is there is very little left that I need need. A couple things from Mother and Illidan that I can think of right off. Most everything else is a side-grade/other healy set piece he could probably get more use from.
BTW 100% attendance is pushing it, I would say 98-99% is more like it lol... still tho thats A LOT and a lighter load is more than welcome :)

We recruited another well-geared holy pally so that you and I have either a friend in Hamfist or someone to lighten the load on our 100% attendance :) He'll be transferring over on Monday and I want all three of use to work out "who needs what on this boss" so that our little sparklies can spread some gear around.
I'm really excited to have you back, being the only pink square is hell, man.
Oh and an update on Caliroll: He stays in his college dorm over the summer and it looks like the entire net went down. Since no one really works there over the summer, there's no one around to fix it. So we don't have an ETA on when he's back :(

They finally (after a week) got off their ass and fixed the main cable line for the neighborhood, so I finally have internet back... however if one thing is fixed another goes wrong... My Power supply fried. I'm going out to Best Buy right after I finish this to buy a new one... ETA for my return to raid is tonight! WOOT. See you all soon.

I will be gone from raids

As such I wont be able to attend this. I am going to see my grandma and
some other family in western Oregon. I hope to be back available for
raid on Friday the 27th.
