Might not have been a spelling error, but definitely a grammar error.  

Onto the important things in no particular order:

In that part with the grammar error, you say you want to raid.  We're pretty tight on rogue slots.  Hamfist has Saedo, Shinzwei, and Ewiges.  Lf1M has Roguered and me.  Ruesch has been filling in for a dps warrior for a bit, and helps out both raids when needed.  So, you'll probably be waiting quite some time to get in to raid.  Maybe a fill-in night, but that's about it.  

Another thing is your boots enchant.  Why put 12 stamina on them?  Your only function for raiding is for dps, so that extra stamina isn't what's needed.  Throw 12 agility on there.  It's not too expensive, and is much better itemization for rogues.  

Was the 26 AP to your gloves just a temporary enchant due to high prices?  Fix that and get a 15 agility enchant.  

Get the nethercobra enchant on your legs.  It's about 2 hours of farming, or a few hundred gold which you could easily make in a day, so get to it.

You are using a couple of AP gems.  Why?  The gear on your armory looks the same as the gear in the screen shot, less the heartless.  If that's correct, you're way shy of the hit cap to be gemming AP gems.  Put either agi/hit or straight up hit.  You'll miss less which means you'll do more damage. 

Go get some badges.  There's a necklace, boots, and legs that can be bought with badges.  The legs are nearly irreplaceable for rogues, the neck will hold you over for some time, and the boots aren't replaced for a while either.   

Also, I recommend getting a bar mod.  I use bartender, and it makes my UI so much clearer.  Clearer UI means it's easier to see what's going on around you.  And as for rogue-specific mods, I recommend slice watcher.  It puts a bar, that you can make as transparent as you want, which shows how much time left on your slice and dice.  

I know this may be a lot of information to take in, but like I said, there are a bunch of raiding rogues already, and if you want a shot, you got to step it up.

First off, sorry about the grammatical error. I can go back in and slot in "at least 1" if need be.

Next I would understand that it might be a while before I would get a shot at any "big time" raiding seeing that rogues aren't exactly uncommon.

As for my boots, I have been on the edge of replacing them for a little while now and kept going with replacing another piece of gear with badges instead of them, so I had been putting off putting agility on them. Will get that changed right away. And as for my legs they are next on my list to replace with badges and I have nethercobra leg armor waiting in my bank for them. Ok on to gloves: agility is asked for, agility will be put on. I am always open for suggestions/tips so thank you both.

Pulga I will look into both bartender and slice watcher. I don't really have a problem when seeing when slice and dice is up, but hey anything that makes things easier sounds like a safe bet. Thanks for the input Pulga

Ok and Saedo, I used to just pvp with my rogue and have just started getting seriously into pve in last 5 months or so. I was a little "AP crazy" and only stacked AP which has lead to the slow progression of my hit. Right now I am sporting about 210 (rough estimate). Would you recommend going for straight Hit Rating gems, or Agil/Hit in the yellow sockets?

OK as far as my trinkets, well it saddens me to hear that my expensive trinket has been reduced to "sucks," but hey, the truth hurts. I will replace ASAP.

I saw I missed your comment about my helm... I have t4 sitting in my bank, do you recommend using that over the netherspite one because of the meta slot option, because the rest of the stats on it seemed less superior...

And lastly like I mentioned to Pulga's comment on my boots I was planning on waiting until I got the new Boots to put Cat's Swiftness on them. Would you recommend replacing my Legs (knowing I have cobrascale armor in my bank) before my wrong gemmed wrong enchanted utterly inefficient boots?

Yea it does seem you got the AP for pvp.  But like I said, for the epic gems, they aren't bad.    I wouldn't be replacing blue quality gems for em.  You only have 1 16 AP gem which can be switched for another blue quality gem.    So not a huge deal either.  The difference between the straight up AP vs and equal quality gem of hit/agi is only 3-5 dps.  

If you really wanna squeeze that out if you can afford it...  Um, i personally prefer agi/hit.  That's just my preference though.   You're not really wrong if you go all hit.   Just know it only really affects white damage and procs.

And yes that trinket sucks.  I think with average crit rates it works out only to be like a 2.5-3% crit.  I forget.   There are far better ones with procs or "on use" abilities that would make them surpass yours.

And yea, wear the T4.  The [Relentless Earthstorm Diamond] is amazing.   And it scales really well with gear.   This single handedly makes pretty much all meta gem helms superior to those without.

If you got badges for the pants, they'd be a bigger upgrade for you.  But if you can't wait or something...   The boots are good too, can't replace that til Sunwell either.

Next step is to be active on the site, let people get to know you. Run some 5 mans with us, sign up for raids that you can make, and that you're gear has you ready for. (Kara, ZA, Gruul, Mag, or even SSC/TK if you are prepared and know the fights)

Our 25 man MH/BT/SWP raids are set with their rogues, so a main raid spot is not likely. All raids SSC/TK and below are run for fun, and for those guild mates not in MH/BT/SWP.

Well I have to have a goal to raid seriously, so yes I am aiming to be apart of MH/BT/SWP, but I also realize that those spots are already filled and my gear is not exactly up to standards of BT and SWP. I would say it is at the "starting phases of MH" but either way, I understand those spots are full, and have no problem with running SSC and TK to get experience of not only the fights but also the "Downfall Experience." Basically see how you guys run things. I realize this is a process and I am not looking for instant gratification on gear or instant spot into anything really serious raiding wise. I have no problem with baby steps. That being said, I see the calendar at the top... Who would I go about contacting in game to get into some heroics and/or raids with the Downfall crew?
