And what I will say about that is again, constructive criticism is not a personal attack.  Furthermore, there are better ways of pointing out that someone may have been harsh in their post - simply attacking them doesn't help matters at all (as is evidenced by the length of this discussion already).

As an aside, at one point we had discussed during one of Hamfist's raids a seemingly blaring difference between the Aussies and the Americans - that is, the Americans seemed to take great offense to seemingly minor statements.  While I don't wish to dwell on any of this any further, all I would ask Jasmynn is that you look at how you responded to Grasen's posts and ask yourself if you didn't jump the gun on the "you're offending people" button.

Sandarethkan got hit with a cheap shot, no one else is going to defend him. He did his job, and like I said in the first post, grats on a clean run, everyone played their roll and it payed off.

No reason to single him out cause you assume he wasnt doing what you expect, that's all.

You'll also be possibly taking damage from the Poison Bolts from the Tainted Spawns, I didn't say you didn't need any, I said "shouldn't be much", suffice too say, the heals on you is a joint effort and just because Sander didn't heal you doesn't mean he is attentive.

 I've reflected on parses, and he is smart about using Spells in a manageable and effective manner, he may of easily not had the oppurtunity to heal you, as he was healing Reusch instead - following his assigned target to heal.

Inevitably, you take damage, but the healers work as a team, can't put the solitarily of blame on the one person and assume it's their fault.

The striders do a 4.5k Mind Blast (or something similar) every so often to the person on the top of their threat list.  The kiter absolutely does need heals.

As a kiter, there shouldn't be much need for you to get heals, let alone you may have been on the opposite side of Sander when taking damage, you can't really put numbers into the equation when you're circulating and taking inconsistent damage.
