MALT 25 MAN RAID TIME - 4:00 SERVER EVERY SUNDAY.

There are very few "rules" associated with the mALT runs, but there are a few guidelines:

• All gear is ROLLED by classes that want it, no matter if you are an Alt or a main.
• [Dragonspine Trophy] is the exception to this rule. This item will ALWAYS go to a MAIN RAIDER first. This means your are a dependable member of Hamfist or LF1M. Once those people have acquired their DST it will go to roll for mains vs. alts just like everything else.
• There is no stipulation of rolling for gear that is within your spec. If you have T4 Shoulders, and want the T4 shoulder token for PvP gear, you have the right to roll against someone who may not have gotten their T4 token yet. (not everyone has alts...but everyone has respec options) And if you are a healing priest and want dps gear, roll on it. The spirit of mALT is to get gear not just for our alts, but get off spec gear that you may not be able to acquire in your normal raid.
• I will STOP doing these events the minute I begin to get QQs
  about who gets invites and who does not get invites. I've seen an
  increasing number of people unhappy cause they didn't get in, or cause they come every week and one week they don't get a spot. I do this for FUN...I do this for YOU.
• I'm not inviting toons in blues and greens that can not hold their own. I will give you one shot in sub-par gear. If you fail miserably I'll kindly ask you to go to Kara...get your gear, get your badge gear, THEN sign up for mALT 25 mans. Just cause it's mAlt, doesn't mean we LIKE repair bills. Kills should be quick and easy, and quick and easy just doesn't come with ppl who can't pull their own weight.

How Invites work:




• 1. Invite tanks


• 2. Invite healers


• 3. Invite necessary classes to complete the instance (ie Locks, mage tank ect.)


• 4. Invite 1-3 guild apps/non-raiding new guildies


• 5. Invite 1-2 main raiders for DST shots.


• 6. Fill in the remaining spots.

#6 is very hard for me...I try to be fair, and not make invites a popularity contest. If there's 6 dps psting me wanting in...I try to get those folks that were ready previous weeks, but didn't get a spot in for that week. If you feel I've neglected you, cause you signed up every week, but you don't get invites...it's really very simple...don't QQ or get mad, just give me a nudge and say hey Aidin..do you not love me??

You want an auto invite?? Roll a Lock, a mage tank, a tank, a healer (especially a paladin) Or be that person that has a tank, a healer, or a dps'er, and be versatile and happy to bring whichever of your toons are needed. (ie: Ora Need a tank? check. Need a healer? check .Need Wind Fuzzy? check...and he never ever ever complains about what toon I ask him to bring ...yes there are others...just picked Ora as an example)
