Woulda liked to see your awesome 70ness in that Durnholde run : /  too bad it didn't work out.  Thanks for being ready to go though, hope to raid with you sometime.

Some thoughts for you Gray:

• Fire tends to be very mana efficient, so going up arcane all the way to Arcane Meditation isn't generally needed/recommended. It can be nice for long solo grinds/farms or to save on consumable expenses, but remember that this comes at a loss of dps.
• If you're primarily fire, your going to have to gear to the fire hit cap of 164 spell hit rating, or ~13%. This means you only "need" to talent into arcane focus till you hit at least the same point (2 points), also keeping in mind that arcane explosion is the only spell you're likely to use with any frequency. You'd still only have 4 points in the first teir of arcane, so if you wanted to go higher, the other point is jsut a filler to put wherever you want.
• Arcane fortitude is pretty much useless. You'll get much more use out of magic attunement if you go that far into arcane. For example, ALL of the damage in the Gruul fight is physical, so you can amp magic the entire raid to help out the healers a TON. (360 +heal with both talent points)
• Ignite/crit is your focus as fire. Max out ignite if you want to maximize dps. Combustion also helps. (I do find it underpowered given it's 3 min cd and high level in the tree, but it's still worth getting.)  This does NOT mean socket for spell crit. You'll primarily socket dmg/hit for a while.
• Playing with fire is great for raids - straight 3% dps increase. You'll be dishing out alot more spell damage than you take.
• Dragon's Breath is very situational, but even with it's cd, is a great addition for aoe fights. (Solarian, Kael, Hyjal trash, Tidewalker, sometimes Illhoof, Nightbane) I don't think I'd consider it a "must."
• You'll want to max out Firepower for more dps.
• Improved Fireblast is great for soloing/pvp, but not generally considered a raid talent. I wouldn't fault someone in your position taking it, however.
• The highest raid dps fire spec right now is 2/47/11 +1 "free" point. Basically it would be yours plus the changes I mentioned, plus working your way up to Icy Veins in the frost tree. Icy veins is so amazing you just can't pass it up for raids. Most people take Improved Frost Nova and Permafrost from tier 2 to get it.

Like I said, the spec you have is great for solo grinding/farming. It would probably do just fine in Kara as well. When you're ready to go beyond Kara, you'll want to make some of those dps improving changes above. Good luck gearing up, hope to see you ripping up malt Gruul's soon!
