Get rid of your party frames.
Get your cast bar near grid.
You have a rogue layout. Make it a healer layout.

garreth — Thu, 08/14/2008 - 09:38As a healer, Grid's placement is ABSOLUTELY essential to your performance.
It must be in a place you can get to it easily, while still being able to pay attention to the fight. It mus also be close to your cast bar so that you can rapid cast without having to look across your screen. I recommend you put your player bar and target bar near grid as well.
Essentially, the closer you can move your main raid components, the less time you must travel around your screen checking various information.
