Today I read a story

A mother comes home with the new born baby, Alan, from the hospital.
As she breast feeds the little baby, her 5 year old son, Luke, joins her and looks at the baby and then at the mother with big wide eyes.
The mother smiles at his curiosity.
Hesitantly little Luke asks: "Does the baby always have to eat the whole lump?"
