Switching your tailor specialization will cost you a hefty amount of gold, so if you plan on respecing often you will be looking at 150g to drop the specialization, 20g to learn the new one, the gold to buy the patterns going both ways (since when you switch you will unlearn the specialist patterns), all on top of your normal respec cost. I find it easier to find a non-bear ZA where you can sit in for beginning loot if no one needs them. Out of the first 2 bosses including those timed chests there are Robes of Heavenly Purpose, Brooch of Nature's Mercy, and Staff of Dark Mending.  These along with t4 helm and gloves, boots/belt of the long road (or the drops from heroics), the healing trinkets from badges and heroic Black Morass, and other slots filled with heroic loot such as the pants from SV and bracers from seth halls and your looking at around 1600-1700 heals unbuffed after you get things enchanted. I know this is a big wall of text but I hope it helped.

So I should respec to mooncloth tailoring? You can do that right?

^^ What they said, although I'd concentrate on aquiring T4 from gruuls/kara once you get your primal mooncloth set made. You will miss the stam.

All of the items listed above can be obtained without entering a single Heroic if you so choose.  If you already have the Reputation and a whole pile of primals, you'll be ready almost immediately.

I know your Shadowcloth Spec, so I'm not sure what to recommend for the Shoulders / Chest because to be honest, I AM MC spec, so I haven't looked into those!  :p
