I have been known to ask ALOT of questions.  I'm sure Karli found this out right when i hit 70 and bombarded her with them.  Anyway.

I've been looking at ways to improve my gear as everyone does.  I'm currently looking at 2 pieces of BOJ gear and idk what i wanna get.  either  [Boots of Incantations] or [Fused Nethergon Band] . 

Idk how to do the fancy mouse-over and the item pops up so hope links aren't too much of a bother.  my armory link is  http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Gorgonnash&n=Alprazalam  and just incase the fishing pole shows up, I'm using the s2 staff with +40 spell damage on it.

The boots just simply give me more dps and i would probable gem it with 4 spell hit - 5 spell damage gem, which would push me back to hit cap.

With the ring, I would finally feel confident enough to either get rid of Scryers bloodgem or the s2 staff.  I do have DMC sitting in my bags.  I also have the [item]Bloodmaw Magus-Blade[/item] and the [Flametongue Seal] .

BTW, please keep in mind the only places I'm more than likely going to be getting gear out of is Kara, Gruuls, Mag, and MAYBE ZA (depends on if I can keep Atar believing I can do a mount run or not).

PLEASE gimme advice.  I've been playing with RAWR and I don't know what i should do.  The boots are an easy guaranteed upgrade where as if i get the ring, seems like i'd need a better weapon/trinket then what I can easily grab out of my bank to really get the bang out of my badges.
