11/41/09 This is what I've been using but I am willing to change it to better suit the raid.

Tell us a little about how your class contributes to a raid.:

CC with frost trap. Silencing shot to help with caster mobs and such. True shot aura to increase my groups attack power. Misdirect to pull mobs.

What role are you most comfortable/geared playing?:

DPS

Would it be a problem if you had to wait 3 weeks or 3 months to get into raid?:

No, it would give me time to improve my gear as much as I can on my own.

Magister's Terrace, all the way to Kael'thas. All pre-BC and BC 5 mans. My role was crowd control and DPS.

What is your favorite 25-man BC Boss encounter, and why?:

I have yet to take part in a 25 man raid but my sister Kerilyn has told me lots about her mALT experiences.

What is your least favorite 25-man BC Boss encounter, and why?:

SSC looks like a pain, but that's only because I don't know the full strategy for it.

Why should we recruit you?:

I would love to get into Karazhan and get gear and raid experience and hopefully work my way up the raiding ladder up to the 25 man raids, maybe starting with the mALT runs. I'm tired of people who are not serious about raiding, and Downfall seems like it can help me there. My hunter is good DPS, and once my lock gets to 70 he will also be an asset to the raid.

Why have you chosen to apply to Downfall?:

My sister Kerilyn has been telling me good things about Downfall. The atmosphere and the people sound wonderful. I really want to get a feel for the raid experience, and be around serious raiders.

What do you expect to get out of Downfall membership?:

New friends, fun times, to raid with my sister :D, and just more raid experience in general.

How do you feel you will contribute to the downfall community?:

I am a 375 skinner and will be taking up blacksmithing soon to be a weaponsmith so I would be able to make stuff for guildies. I would be a friendly face who would help out for all those "hey can i borrow a random guildie for a second?" moments.

A couple of things about your hunter:

1. You seem to be in your PvP gear. Could you log out in your PvE gear?

2. You are speced as PvP marks. Have you considered specing as http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/hunter/talents.html?tal=5020...
as PvE marks, or even http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/hunter/talents.html?tal=5020... ,with 3 points to put anywhere else you want, as PvE BM?

3. IMO, blacksmithing (weapons) for hunters is a terrible idea. The only item from blacksmithing that i can remember being helpful is Lunar Crescent, which turns into Mooncleaver, which finally turns into Bloodmoon. Continuing your Leatherworking to 375 gives you the opportunity to craft the Netherscale Armor which is a nice starting 3-peice armor set for raiding.

For starters the spec Ghli listed under #2 is what you shoul be switching to immideatally if you are gonna stay pvp marks. not takeing 5 points in ranged weapon specializition is just fail. why would you not want 5% more dmg?

I like seeing that you have enchants on all your gear but would like to see some of those chants upgraded to more hunter oriented chants. Need a scope also.

YOu have a long way to go in your gear to bring yourself to par with what most the guild runs. Maybe Garreth will look past that maybe not.

Blacksmithing gets a little

Blacksmithing gets a little more viable for all classes in Wrath, since we can "punch" gem sockets into a few sets of gear. It's very cool. However, as a hunter still kind of new to the level cap, stick to leatherworking and something else besides blacksmithing for now!
