To Downfall, Great job on our last pvp raid. First of all, our combined efforts last Monday dealt one of the most devastating blows to the Horde on Gorgonnash--ever.  They had no Auction House access for over an hour, every Horde City had their trade district steamrolled, we lagged up Orgrimmar to the point of no return, and every Horde city boss in the game was killed just to add insult to injury. Horde can say what they want about just killing flagged Horde in Orgrimmar (and everyone who comes from Battlegrounds or Outland is flagged for a bit), but can't deny that lack of an Auction House or intensive lag doesn't affect their gameplay. I speak for everyone in Serenity when I say we were most impressed with your coordination and effectiveness as a fighting team (although we had a slight chuckle when you got temporarily lost in Org, which we know like the back of our palm-good job getting unlost though).   The Downfall raid steamrolled through all Horde opposition-NPC or otherwise-and nothing could stop it. Plans for the future.   We plan to have another huge gangbang of Horde cities in the future, although we have some variables at play here which include 1) New city guard levels 2) New Boss Levels 3) Enhanced Boss difficulty.  Now that bosses will be worth serious honor-it was reported that bosses will be worth 1k honor to each person in the raid-and that there is the bear mount achievement bonus, Blizzard may make city bosses harder, and I believe they will be level 80 in patch 3.0. This means we may have to wait until 80 to take down the boss.  However, if decent damage can still be done to the boss and it can be tanked, we may be able to pull it off with a very large force before WOTLK. Finally, as you all know Lake Wintergrasp will be the PVP zone in WOTLK, filled with not only huge honor rewards but the faction that controls the zone has exclusive access to a certain raid instance.  Serenity is interested in working with Downfall in conquering and keeping control of the zone.  Having the largest PVE guild and the largest PVP guild coordinated together in Wintergrasp will be a powerful force to be reckoned with (and that's not including other allied guilds that we have).   So we've had proven effectiveness working together, and want to continue that in WOTLK in both boss killings and Lake Wintergrasp.  We hope you too will be excited and interested in the venture.
