Hi guys - I was an active member of hamfist and lf1m back some time ago and just got sick of the holy priest lack of love from Blizzard and let my account expire.

In looking thru the 'official' notes, it looks like holy priest healing may be viable again? It seems my old tactic of CoH spam is now pretty much gonna be the standard for H Priests?

I wanted some thoughts from guild members on the future of WoTLK and priest class , if anyone cares to give them

Also, if I come back - can I re reinstated Garreth?

yep, been absent for ALL mmorpg's. Still in my T5 gear.

Installing wow now - uggh, I hate doing this...

I was playing with CoH when the general thinking among priests was that it sucked. I started spamming CoH in SSC/TK and started competing with spam chain heal shammies to top the meters, esp in trash pulls.

Nice to see that it's the direction priests are heading

Yeah, of course I'll heal - thats 'what I do' remember?

It just got so bad with my nets, that I realized I couldnt be reliable. Now instead of community wireless, I'm on a nice hardwired cable connection on a q6600 machine with 8g of ram and all the goodies. I'm looking forward to having effects maxxed in raid so I dont lag from graphics either. I used to have effects turned down so low, that I couldnt see gas clouds etc.

As to what I've done in the meantime - I'm involved with a net startup company who just got a nice infusion of Venture Capital

You left right when all the raids realized we needed CoH priests. CoH priests are so ridiculously important that we're now stuck on an encounter in Sunwell that requires FIVE of the mutherfuckers.

So, you kinda bailed right when it was getting good ;)

Are you interested in healing when you come back? What have you been doing in the meantime?
