First Monday in November and that means its Election Day. If you are over the age of 18, capable of voting and have not already cast your ballot via Absentee or Early Voting VOTE NOW!
I Don't care whom you vote for that this point but the key is to vote and make sure that 4 years from now your not the one saying "well damn I hate how <insert name here> but I didn't go and cast my ballot for <insert other guy's name here>.
RUMOR From Torvo is that if you can prove that you voted Starbucks will give you free coffee too :D

First of all you gotta vote one way or another for the loot. Then after that based on how your group of people voted you send other people to hopefully vote the same way you did for the loot. Then once all the groups cast their collective loots the loot is then handed out.
Anyway the loot system name is Electoral College.

His family members only spawn and aggro when the chances of downing him escalate. I think it may be similar to the Chess event. The closer you get to his possible removal, the more they cheat.
