Add SatrinaBuffFrames. The
saedo — Thu, 10/15/2009 - 14:19Add SatrinaBuffFrames. The default is a big mess. You can trim it down to exactly what you want to see and where. Like make a huge giant frame that covers half your screen that shows your mace has proc'd or something.
That still Fubar? Get rid of it too. Get one of the bar mods (data display) on this list: http://wiki.github.com/tekkub/libdatabroker-1-1/addons-using-ldb
Which probably also has all the LDB equiv to Fubar mods you want as well. They're all pretty much use less memory and bloat than FuBar atm.
And SexyMap. Only cause it's Sexy. (it doesn't use a lot of memory, 400-600KB i think if you're still worried about that)
I'm trying to leave as much
garreth — Thu, 10/15/2009 - 16:25I'm trying to leave as much "default" as I can get away with and still be effective. I'd love to adjust the buffs, but it's more cpu cycles, more memory etc etc. Same with the map.
But I agree wholeheartedly on the libdatabroker replacement for fubar. I think I'll give ChocolateBar a shot.
oh G did you know that you
Elapsed — Sat, 10/17/2009 - 11:32oh G did you know that you can scroll over the part of pallypower with Righteous Fury and can track the seal you're using? and of course shift scroll to enable and disable righteous fury tracking.
Well if you really wanna go
saedo — Thu, 10/15/2009 - 23:28Well if you really wanna go minimal, you can get rid of Pitbull for this macro:
/run for _, f in pairs{FrameName} do f:SetMovable(true) f:SetScript("OnDragStart", f.StartMoving) f:SetScript("OnDragStop", f.StopMovingOrSizing) f:RegisterForDrag("LeftButton") end
But replace "FrameName" with one of
What this does is unhooks the frame, like say your TargetFrame, and lets you mouse drag it any where on the screen.
So, you can use it to move your frames to where you got your pitbull versions. Move the minimap and stuff too.
All with no mods! I do this on PTRs when mods are broken or I'm too lazy to copy over my interface.
Also do a reload ui (or logout) to "lock" the frames in their positions.
But, it kinda screws up and resets their positions after you do a vehicle fight. That's the only issue.
I like Bison myself for buff
Elapsed — Thu, 10/15/2009 - 15:18I like Bison myself for buff display, but I haven't seen this SBF everyones chatting on about
and I recommend Chocolate Bar.. I've been using it for over a month now and I'm very happy with it
and he's correct Sexymap is Sexy!
