WoL Report: How to judge your success...ranking info

Hello All,
I've become a WoL nerd. *sigh*. I suppose being a nerd is a job hazard, really.
I've long been interested in how one should judge player quality, and I found an interesting (not perfect, but interesting) tool. As you may know WoL ranks player performances in fights. Using this, you can see how you stack up against all other players who have public reports in specific fights in WoL.
Here's a ranking report from Sal'mon's last free loot Tuesday.
And here's one from a recent KB run.
These reports give you a ballpark figure about how you're performing in various fights and clue you in on where you could use some work.
Some things that aren't taken into account:
-player gear level, (if you're a healer) if there was a disc priest sniping your heals with shields, how much threat you generated (if you're a tank), etc. So it's not perfect.
However, the % of ranking limit in the second to right most column gives you a ballpark figure about how your DPS / HPS stacks up compared to what it would take to be "ranked" in the top 100 performers in a given fight. For instance, I am able to tell that I was performing about right at capacity for the Marrowgar fight...my % of limit number was about 96%...500 more dps and I could be ranked. On the other hand, my Sindragosa performance was mediocre, as I only performed at about 51% of what other demonology warlocks were able to do on the same fight (dealing with the same unchained magic BS).
In the end, I'm shooting to be ranked in more fights; I thought some of you might also find this helpful.
