So, I'm looking into buying a 1 TB External Hard Drive and was wondering if there were any suggestions of which one to buy.  Any good reviews on any brands of externals you guys have used or have before will be great.  Some help choosing will be great, I don't feel like wasting money on buying an external and it breaking down with all my back ups in a couple of months.

This seemed to be a fairly solid one that I found at Tigerdirect.  It's fairly cheap and seems to have some decent reviews.

This was originally my first pick but it seems that they had some poor reviews off the bat so i'm rethinking about this one. 

If anyone has used any of these products or any other ones and feel like they want to share their experience with them, then that would be amazing.
