Hey Guys,

     First I would like to say that I am sorry our team did not get off the ground last night but feel that with the holidays and all we might not be consistently getting a full second group at this time....

I will still try and will schedule it on a weekly basis but propose this for now.....

We should leverage the pool we have and work to get everyone in Rated BG's we can by running one group more frequently. What this means is when you hit your weekly cap -- you step out and let someone else get theirs.....

I do not foresee this taking long to get two solid groups but think it will allow us to not have one group standing around waiting (infact last night we had both groups doing this) and will get things moving and people getting points right when it is scheduled.....

For those that did show up last night for my group or posted that they would be late I thank you for your support and know that this will get off the ground but want all of you in there ASAP so will be working with Grasen to help coordinate this because honestly Rated BG's are KICK ASS!!!!!!
