Guess what... !!1 is going to make its first stab at ZA this weekend! Given our success in Kara over the last few weeks, I think we're ready to progress and try some new content. Keep in mind that ZA is much harder, and requires a more specific group makeup from top to bottom, so a signup doesn't guarantee an invite. Also, as this will be my first attempt at leading a ZA, it will be a training run for me (and likely for some/most of the raid as well) -- learning strats, getting familiar with the instance, etc. If any of our experienced ZA raiders (or guild apps who know it well - hint, hint, this would be a great opportunity to show us what you know!) want to sign up and help run us through this first try, that would be stellar. Let's start curbstomping some forest trolls!

For those who don't know, !!1 is a casual weekend raid aimed towards pulling gear, not just badges, out of WOW's 10 man raids. Our mission statement is to raid at times that are least likely to disrupt a raider's real life, and to participate all you have to do is sign up and show up - no long term commitments required. In fact, we have only a few basic rules (well, more like guidelines, really):

• Don't be a dick (nobody named Mercenaria allowed)
• Loot goes to main spec first, offspec second
• I don't care if you're a main or an alt, a regular or a guest to the raid. If you come, you'll get to roll
• When you sign up, specify which toon(s) you want to bring
• The raid starts promptly at 11. Invites go out at 10:30. If you sign up, BE ONLINE AT 10:30 (or post here if that's not possible, but you damn well better be on when you say you will)!

Mount run.  I'd like to get most all of our regulars for this one.  This may be our last run. 

I'm not sure how many of you know this but I lead a raid to ZA every week.  Since joining the Downfall team my raid has been shuffled around alot so I can be available for DF raids but we now have hit on days/times that suits most of the raiders that have been coming with me since Dec 07.  We learned the instance together and geared up in there together.

The thing is we have lost a couple of regulars over the last few months with all the changes and so I'm looking for a few people to fill in the blanks on a regular basis.  This is a run for raiders who know this instance cold, who are T5/6 geared, and use consumables.  We regularly get 3 chests and have found the right combination of people to start getting that bear run thing happening regularly.

If you are interested please sign up and give me a tell ingame (when I'm not raiding) and I'll give you more info.  This will be our regular raid time from now. I can't guarantee spots but I'm definately interested in people willing to come for fill in.  The regular people can't make every time we go but will get the first bears and then we will make sure to get as many people bears as we can before this option closes up.
