I'm going to be trying to put a 5 man group together to go and get all the achievements needed for this meta

We will be running the heroics probably on Sunday and maybe Thursday afternoons, before the rated BG's start up. I plan to run a few each night until we knock them all out. I really do not want to try and do it all in 1 night, or even 2 and maybe even 3. Heroics are boring enough, no one wants to do that many at one time. If you cannot make a night that we have planned to run on do not worry! We will not run unless all five of the players are in attendance, it's easier if we are all on the same page. Plus, I really do not want to do some of the achievements more then once.
I need 2 DPS (1 melee 1 ranged... or both ranged) a tank, and of course a healer. I have to enforce some type of gear requirement, from what I have heard there are some challenging achievements. Just don't be in all quest greens and all that.

Attached are the addons needed to provide your game with sounds from
Final Fantasy 7. The sounds are not included, however and will have to
be downloaded from the provided link.
STEP 1: Unzip
the contents of the attached .zip into your ".../interface/addons"
directory.
STEP 2: DOWNLOAD (don't use Curse install)
the FinalFantasylization Renewed SOUNDPACK file here
(200mb file, lots of songs)
STEP 3: Unzip the contents of FinalFantasylization
Renewed SOUNDPACK into
your
".../interface/addons/finalfantasylization_ff/sounds" folder.
STEP 4:
Run World of Warcraft, check the addons button on the character
selection screen and check Load Outdated Addons if necessary.
STEP 5:
Use the command "/ffsp ff" (no quotations) in the World of Warcraft
command box.
STEP 6: PROFIT!!!!

QoS settings

My QoS settings for a Linksys WRT54G2 router. You should be WIRED to the router, not wireless. Also, you should be using uTorrent 2.0 if you're ever going to mess with torrenting. Enough said: uTorrent 2.0, hands down, go uninstall the piece of shit bittorrent client you were using before and get uTorrent 2.0 (http://torrentfreak.com/utorrent-2-0-to-elimininate-the-need-for-isp-thr...).
I've set WoW as the highest priority, followed by Skype and Vent and FTP, followed by regular web traffic and the, at the bottom, uTorrent's port.
