i had a chance to go and

i had a chance to go and tame a core hound

they are amazing    

their breath slows effected targets cast time by 50% for 12 seconds 

 

to give an example i was getting stomped trying to tame one took me 5 deaths. when i finally got it  i wass attacked by another which my pet then solod with only mend pet to help as my weapons had broken by then

  • Most Pet Skills - All ranks had a slight damage increase or decrease.
  • Froststorm Breath - All ranks now slow for 5 seconds.
  • Glyph of Aimed Shot - Now only reduces the cooldown by .5 seconds instead of 1
  • Lock and Load - Now only affects your next shot, not the next 3.
  • T.N.T. - Chance to stun only on when trap lands, and
    now increase the critical strike chance of your Explosive Shot and
    Explosive Trap by 3/6/9%, down from 5/10/15%
  • Kill Shot - Now deals 200% weapon damage plus [RAP * 0.3 + 400.0] instead of weapon damage plus [RAP * 0.15 + 2500.0].
  • Hunting Party - Effect now listed as lasting for 15 seconds.
  • Master's Call - Can no longer be cast while stunned.
  • Aspect Mastery - Aspect of the Monkey - Reduces the
    damage done to you while active by 5%, down from 10%. Aspect of the
    Hawk - Increases the attack power bonus by 30%, down from 50%.
  • Cobra Strikes - Only next 2 of pets attacks will benefit, down from 3.
  • Invigoration - Now gives a 50/100% chance to instantly regenerate 1% mana instead of giving instant regen of 1/2% of mana.
  • Improved Steady Shot - Now only reduces mana cost by 20%, down from 40%.
  • Aspect of the Viper - Now each ranged attack
    regenerates a percentage of maximum mana equal to base ranged weapon
    speed, down from 100% of damage done. Still incurs 50% less damage.
  • Deterrence - No longer gives a 60% chance to resist all spell attacks for 10 sec

You can lay traps while under the
effect, but any damage done by you or your pet will cancel the effect.
Cannot be cast while in combat.

If they implement a 2 sec stun at the end, Kill shot will only be good for PvP.  2 seconds of stun is just WAY too long for boss fights, when you could be hitting a whole bunch of other buttons.

  • Glyph - Aimed Shot 01 (Hunter): Decreases the cooldown of Aimed Shot by (-1) sec.

Animal Handler (Beast

  • Animal Handler (Beast Mastery): No longer increases speed while
    mounted, but now reduces the cooldown of your Master's Call ability by
    5/10 sec.
  • Aspect of the Beast: Now increases your melee attack power by 10% for the hunter and the hunter's pet.
  • Bestial Swiftness is now a pet talent tree talent, and has been removed from the Beast Mastery Hunter tree.
  • Disengage: This ability has been re-designed. Now leaps the
    Hunter backwards up to 13 yards. 30 second cooldown. Disengage now also
    only has one rank (rank 1).
  • Distracting Shot: This shot now "taunts" the target onto
    the Hunter. The taunt effect will last 6 seconds. Distracting Shot now
    only has one rank (rank 1).
  • Focused Fire (Beast Mastery): Now increases the critical strike
    chance of your Kill Command by 10/20/30% while Kill Command is active.
    This effect can stack up to 3 times, but diminishes for each charge of
    Kill Command.
  • Kill Command: This ability now increases the damage done by your
    pet's special abilities by 60%. Each attack will reduce the damage
    bonus by 20%. 1 minute cooldown.
  • Steady Shot now uses ammo. In result, its bonus damage has been
    slightly reduced. Players can notice a damage increase based upon what
    ammo they use. Now has a 2.0 cast time, up from 1.5.

  • Pathfinding
    (Tier 3) - Updated stats/description: Increases the speed bonus of your
    Aspect of the Cheetah and Aspect of the Pack by 4/8%, and increases
    your speed while mounted by 5/10%. The mounted movement speed increase
    does not stack with other effects. (old version: Increases the speed
    bonus of your Aspect of the Cheetah and Aspect of the Pack by 4/8%)
  • Master's Call (Tier 3) replaced with Aspect Mastery. Master's Call is now a baseline skill.
  • Aspect
    Mastery moved from Tier 10 to Tier 3, and changed to 1 rank: Increases
    the mana returned from your Aspect of the Viper by 10%, reduces the
    damage done to you while in Aspect of the Monkey by 10% and increases
    the attack power bonus gained with Aspect of the Hawk by 50%.
  • Spirit
    Bond (Tier 5) - Updated stats/description: While your pet is active,
    you and your pet will regenerate 1/2% of total health every 10 sec and

    Tier 10 Talent - Seperation Anxiety: When your pet is greater than 20
    yards from you or is out of line of sight of you, its damage is
    increased by 2/4/6/8/10%, and when you and your pet are within 20 yards
    of each other, you and you pet's movement speed is increased by
    2/4/6/8/10%.

  • Chimera
    Shot (Tier 11) - Updated stats/description: You deal 125% weapon damage
    (was 150%), refreshing the current Sting (old version consumed the
    current Sting) on your target and triggering an effect. Serpent Sting
    unchanged. Viper Sting - Instantly restores mana to you equal to 60% of
    the total amount drained by your Viper Sting. Scorpid Sting - Attempts
    to Disarm the target for 10 sec. This effect cannot occuer more than
    once per 1 minute.

    - It will now be a "Mocking Blow"-esque taunt (so it will taunt the mob
    onto the Hunter for 6 sec). This will allow you to "peel" monsters to
    you (and thus to a trap) a lot easier than it is now. (

    - It will no longer break on damage 100% of the time. It will still
    break on damage, but on x amount. So if the mob has a DoT on them, or
    the mob gets cleaved while in Freezing Trap, it won't just immediately
    break. Because of this, we're canning Bear Trap (since Freezing Trap
    will accomplish what Bear Trap was intended for, plus you guys have
    enough keybinds as it is). Note that we don't intend Freezing Trap to
    be a stun, so the tuning on how much damage will break it will be

-T.N.T. (tier 2 survival)
Your Immolation Trap, Explosive Trap and Explosive Shot have a 5/10/15% to stun targets for 2 sec when they deal damage, and increases the critical strike chance of your Explosive Shot and Explosive Trap by 5/10/15%.

-Lock and Load (tier 4 survival)
You have a 33/66/100% chance when you trap a target and a 5/10/15% chance when you Sting a target to cause your next 3 Arcane Shot or Explosive Shot spells to trigger no cooldown, no mana and consume no ammo.

-Hunter vs. Wild (tier 5 survival, requires 5 points in Suvivavalist.
Increases you and your pet's attack power and ranged attack power equal to 10/20/30% of your total Stamina.

-Noxious Stings (tier 8 survival, requires 1 point in Wyvern Sting)

  • Counterattack: Damage increased by 20%, and now also scales with your Ranged Attack Power.

  • Savage Strikes: Now includes Counterattack.

From what I heard, the Chimera's hit like TRUCKS. Of course it could be a bug that hasnt been fixed.

But I want a Barrens Giraffe/Zebra.  They better be exotic.
